If you haven’t been able to tell yet, I am very passionate about outsourcing. I know we physically and mentally cannot do all the tasks required to keep a business afloat. If we try to do everything eventually we will hit a wall and wonder why we are so tired. This list of outsourcing provides a way for you to look at some options you have for passing off work on others who are skilled and passionate about tasks that you may find draining or don’t have time for anymore.

Here are some ways to outsource for better time management & energy:
- Bookkeeping (pass those bills & money probs off on a skilled person)
- Accounting (it’s a good idea to have a CPA look at your finances and help you file your taxes)
- Copywriting (a person skilled in writing “copy,” which are the words that market your business)
- Mail sender (if you have packages to send daily this might be a good idea instead of you running to the post office constantly)
- Website designer (this is helpful for battling the website problems that always seem to come up and they usually design brands and logos as well)
- Photographer (it’s important to have professional photographs that represent your business well)
- Brand designer (these designers are skilled in providing you brands and logos for your website, mail, email messages, return address labels and so much more)
- Client Management tool (tools such as Honeybook help you to send professional looking invoices and emails through them instead of a platform like Gmail)
- Social Media tool (apps like Canva take the design element stress out of social media posts and give you professional and styled templates to put on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest)
Here is a list of Wyoming companies that you could outsource to:
- North Design Co. (a brand designer)
- Cambrya Writes (copywriter)
- Simple Harmony (organization skills)
- Janelle Rose (professional business photography)
- College students for intern purposes
